Search Warrant
Recently reviewing a search warrant in a criminal case and a review of the laws on search and seizure indicate that the Colorado Supreme Court have tightened the requirements for automobile searches that are not “incidental to the arrest.” Searches of closed areas are not uniformily allowed and for the most part are off limits to law enforcement.
